The Garden City Park Fire Department held its annual elections on December 8, 2011. Election results for Department Office with a term of January 1 thru December 31, 2012 are as follows:
Chief of Department - William Rudnick 1st Assistant Chief - Roger Green
2nd Assistant Chief - Robert Mirabile 3rd Assistant Chief - Timothy Nacewicz
Chief’s Aide* - John Fox Treasurer - Joseph Brantuk
Sergeant at Arms - Michael Dunne Battalion Delegate - Kalman Imrek
*The position of Chief’s Aide is appointed by the Chief of Department
